ANSWER – UNNATURAL LIFESTYLE
When it comes to the Christian faith, it is all about who is God, and how does He have relationships with people. Many people would believe that we should keep our belief and relationship personal and private, but once a person knows God and has been received by Him, then God wants to manifest that through that person in how that person relates to others. This is where the tension comes. God has created us, and then saved us to show Himself in us. He uses every aspect of us to do so, including the gender. He shows His salvation and relationship with people through the genders. He made the genders for that specific purpose (Click-Genesis 1:26-28). Now, when it comes to manifesting His holiness, righteousness, faithfulness etc. it must be done in all of His children equally, but when it comes to His relationship with people and how He is fruitful it is done through the genders in a relationship. In relation to that is the seed and production, the seed comes from Him and is produced in humanity, the love expressed, she responds to His love as people must to God’s love. The covenant between God and people is expressed in marriage and many other aspects that God uses to show people who He is and how He dwells within people. This is something that is very important to God, for He is not willing that any person should have a false views of Him, or fail to have the opportunity to come to Him. Homosexuality is something that mocks that, and that is why God opposes that. A sexual relationship between two men does not have the ability to manifest giving and receiving, reproduction, love, God and people etc. It simply places people in the place of God, and is very selfish and inconsiderate. This is the same with lesbianism, it takes God out of the picture.
What does God say?
1. It begins with not willing to acknowledge Him
2. It is a disgrace to human nature
(Click-Romans 1:20-28) This is some that directly opposes nature, even without looking at God, nature teaches that a sexual relationship is designed to be between a man and a woman.
3. This is a sin that is part of a large list of sins that God calls equal:
Immorality, idolatry, adultery, greed, drunkenness, reviling, swindling, fornication, and abuse. He calls it an abomination and acts of ungodliness. All these sins are against the character of God in relation to His relationship with His people. (Click-I Corinthians 6:9, 10;
4. Such will not inherit the kingdom of God
(Click-I Corinthians 6: 9, 10)
Conclusion
When a person considers a homosexual relationship, he must start by seeking where such a things started, and then consider where it ends up. There is always sin or abuse that drives a person to such, and when that sin or abuse is dealt with, the desire goes away. This is also not something that has ever brought good to humanity. People are not better because they are in a homosexual relationship.
